Tiarra Smith

If Tiarra Smith is the future of Peoria Track & Field athletics, Peoria is in great shape. Tiarra, a Sophomore                             at Richwoods High School ,not only participated in the IHSA State Finals finals in her primary event, the                                 100M Hurdles, but also placed in the final and established herself as a formidable contender and the                                       person to beat in the sport for the next 3 years. Tiarra, a top ranked student, is one that makes her parents                               and community proud in every aspect.
